Chad
Thanks. How many reps for each plank and how often?

Thanks

Not sure if this is just a hold or an exercise. What happens when you can do the various planks for the times specified?

Hello Chad,

In Systema the martial art I teach we do a 10 minute static push up (what is refereed above as a plank) on our fists for our health and mental endurance. I agree it is an excellent drill and I would recommend you add tensing and relaxing different parts of the body throughout the drill it is harder but will result in much greater control and awareness.

I’d like to know the answer to Jerry’s question, also. Though I’m guessing the answer is “as many as you can… IF you can…”

I’ve neglected doing any direct ab work for fear of developing in wide waist (female) but I thought Ab Rollouts (with the wheel) and vacuums were supposed to be safe bets?

BTW, thanks for the update. I thought you vanished.

I rewrote the post with that question answered. Do one set of each exercise per day until you reach the goal. Then, move on to the next progression. You can do two sets per day (one in the a.m., one in the p.m.) for even faster results.

Tentative release is June 15. I’ll be sure to let everyone know.

Wow, that’s great Chad ;) Will this book help muscleheads or is it made “only” to burn fat ? What I mean is that the book will be a sort of a “next Huge In A Hurry” or not ?

I know, I know. Trust me, I wish it was out, too! Things have gotten delayed with the BOF release. Rest assured, it’ll be as soon as possible. It’ll either be June 29 or July 13, depending how quickly the last few steps get finished.

Hey Chad, will Body of F.I.R.E. be a print publication or downloadable content? It’s been nearly 3 weeks since your announcement, are we getting close to the release? Thanks.

16 Chad Waterbury June 23, 2010 at 12:08 PM

The BOF program will be a downloadable ebook. It’s a beautiful, full-color book with awesome workout and exercise descriptions, in addition to a diet that will burn fat off anyone. The release date for BOF is set at July 13.

Will body of fire ever end up being a print publication or will end up being an ebook only?Just wondering.
